Underfoot Feel
An updated 3/4-length plate is designed to help you stay on your toes while you're sprinting. It should deliver a snappy underfoot feel.
The six replaceable spikes provide traction on all track surfaces. For the avoidance of doubt, the actual spikes can be changed for spikes of different heights and/or material.
When it comes to slowing down once you've crossed the finish line, rubber at the heel helps with providing traction for braking.
Upper Fit
Support comes from the midfoot band which provides a dynamic lace-up fit. The forefoot mesh is reinforced and provides breathability and durability.

The Nike Rival Sprint Track & Field Sprinting Spikes are for track events ranging from 60m to 400m, including hurdle events. We don't recommend using these track and field spikes for anything other than their specific purpose.
Important Sizing Note:When buying unisex Nike spikes please refer to the size guides and choose your size based on the EU sizing. The conversion for UK sizes 6 and below differs slightly from road or trail running shoes.
Note that spikes are designed to be snug and secure, limiting lateral movement while providing drive onto the running surface. They are manufactured quite small in comparison to road or trail running shoes. To ensure a secure fit and optimum performance, we recommendyour spikesbeingat least a full size bigger than your regular shoe size.
